My experience was a regular cleaning and X-rays – totally going back. Very happy with Prime Smile! All staff in the building are helpful, friendly, and provide a great experience all around. I actually *like* this dentist – Dr. Michael is great and really does care. I’m not sure how all things work as far as payments and insurance and everything when it comes to dental offices, but prime is cheaper than other places I have been to! Definitely recommend trying it out. This is the kind of place you really can look forward to visiting, and not dread in the slightest.
